Price was very fair, after work cleanup was very good, they seem to have done a thorough job in finding and stopping our leaky roof that had previously been repaired by another roof company. The office communication was also excellent. Job well done and I would highly recommend to company.

I called them for a roof leak repair , a representative came out and she said it seemed like the roof valley wasn’t properly installed and needed kickout flashing (about 25ft and maybe some shingle repair in that area). She said she would have the quote back to me in a few hours. I got the estimate and it was $2,700. After I didn’t respond to her message for an hour she cut the price $1,000. Text book bull sh*t. Needed bullet boots replaced on my roof. CB came exactly when they said they would and did a great job installing them and caulked in some areas too. They are a good company to deal with; I’ve referred them to two others and both used them for new roofs. They provide de before and after photos which is appreciated.
